Our broadband internet access services cover ADSL, SDSL cable and wireless technologies provided on a best effort basis with no service level agreement (SLA). - Dedicated Internet access
We provide fully dedicate Internet access backed by an SLA and we offer leased line, SHDSL; fiber optic and Ethernet technologies.
Service specifications
- All services are business grade access type, fully managed and supported by our technical support team.
- We deliver services in Ethernet by installing either a modem or managed router. Depending on what works best for you, we can either ship Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to you or supply a local technical engineer to make the installation.
- We’ll provide you with one or more IP addresses to install your own equipment.
- When it comes to creating tunnellings, you can install your own Virtual Private Network (VPN) behind our CPE. Our equipment will be transparent.
- Or we can install and manage the VPN equipment for you according to your security policy.
